Compliance with Trash Receptacle Regulations
Published: February 19, 2025
This communication serves as a reminder of the importance of complying with the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s) set forth in the governing documents of the Thunder Rock Homeowners Association. Our community is dedicated to maintaining a beautiful and harmonious environment, and adherence to these guidelines is essential for preserving our shared space.
It has come to our attention that there have been several instances of non-compliance regarding the placement and storage of trash receptacles. With extreme temperature drops and heavy wind forecasts, we kindly ask all homeowners to review and adhere to the following trash receptacle regulations:
• Trash containers must be stored out of sight and removed from public view until the day of trash pickup.
• All trash must be securely contained within the receptacle, with lids fully closed. If trash does not fit within the container to allow the lid to close, homeowners are required to either hold the excess trash until the next collection day or find an alternative disposal method.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of our community. Please refer to the relevant sections of your community's CC&Rs for further details regarding trash receptacle placement.

Thank you for your continuing efforts to keep our community safe and clean. Should you have any questions we encourage you to:
